GOOD RESPONSE AT LEDANG CULTURE FEST

THERE was enthusiastic response at the Semarak Johor programme organised by the Ministry of Information, Communication and Culture at the Bukit Gambir multi-purpose hall in Ledang recently.

The three-day programme was launched by state Youth and Sports Committee chairman Md Jais Sardy, on behalf of Menteri Besar Datuk Abdul Ghani Othman.

Gambir state assemblyman M. Asojan said the programme would enable the local community to have access to the latest information on government programmes.

Among the activities held were food fair, forum, kompang competition, aerobic exercise, appearance by artistes and exhibitions by government agencies.
